Last year, within Denton County, over 84,000 meals were served to the elderly in our community. Often, this is the only meal that our clients receive each day and sadly, it is often the only contact they have with another person.

Last year, within Denton County, over 65,000 trips were provided to seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities to allow them to remain as independent as possible, and in their home, where they want to be.

80% of our clients live well below the poverty line and on less than $600 per month. Our clients truly do not have the means to buy the necessities in life.
